The 4th International Symposium on Polybenzoxazines, ISPBZ 2021, took place virtually from 31 May to 4 June 2021 and was organised by the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST).

Polybenzoxazines are a new generation of polymer thermosets that meet the requirements of high performance industries like aerospace or automotive. Furthermore, the versatility and scalability of these polymers make them highly attractive for the elaboration of advanced materials, with specific stimulus responsive-behaviours.

The symposium focused on the most recent advances in our understanding of the common properties of benzoxazine, as well as the latest progress towards their technological exploitation. Special attention was given to their industrial development, from their synthesis to their exploitation in concrete applications.
